I can rate Andrew Residence as an resident and former employee. As an employee, I was falsely accused and went 8 years without a regular paycheck until someone said I could sue. As a resident, I have seen a class system where some are treated like Do No Wrong royalty, driven around and catered to; and some are treated unfairly and casually slandered to all new employees--and there is huge turnover--so they are in a constant state of abuse. I have suffered abuse/complaint/retaliation repeatedly culminating in a horrific event. I went 4 1/2 years unable to eat in the dining room, and now I have diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol from living on hot dog packages and ramen noodles. Karen Foy never compensated me for this, yet she'll shell out money for some other resident with lost laundry. Some residents are targeted to find violations of petty rules, while for others they say "we didn't see it." Example--we have a serious Peeping Tom problem which police say is a "group home issue" and Andrew has effectively done nothing. I have nowhere to go so I have to live in a hostile environment. With my bad health caused by them, it probably won't be long.
